In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "ff9999", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the ff9999 platform at ff9999.club.

• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the ff9999 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your Account information and must update it promptly if any details change.

• You must choose a strong, unique password for your Account and must not share your login credentials with any third party.

• Account registration by automated means, bots, or scripts is prohibited.

ff9999 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any Account at its sole discretion, including where it reasonably suspects that the information provided is false, inaccurate, or incomplete.

ff9999 supports deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All Account balances are held in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your Account.

Deposits are credited to your Account balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. ff9999 does not charge fees on deposits made via supported mobile wallet methods; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

• You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• ff9999 reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification on any deposit that it reasonably considers unusual or potentially fraudulent.
• Deposits made in error may be reversed at ff9999's discretion, subject to verification of the circumstances.

Withdrawals from your ff9999 Account are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified before any withdrawal request can be processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your Account.
• Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only Real Money Funds that remain after satisfying any applicable Wagering Requirements are eligible for withdrawal.
• ff9999 aims to process verified withdrawal requests for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) within the same business day. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three business days.

• Bonuses are available to Players who have a fully registered and verified Account in good standing.
• Each bonus promotion may only be claimed once per Player, household, device, or IP address, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier will be specified in the promotion terms.

The following general rules apply to all sports bets placed on the ff9999 Platform. Sport-specific rules are published separately and take precedence where they conflict with these general rules.

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. ff9999 reserves the right to refuse any bet at its discretion.
• Once a bet has been confirmed by the Platform and a bet reference number has been issued, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player.
• In the event of a Sporting Event being postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, ff9999's settlement rules for that sport will determine whether bets are settled or voided.
• In-play betting markets are subject to suspension at any time at ff9999's discretion, including during significant match events.
• ff9999 reserves the right to void bets placed at erroneous odds caused by system errors, data feed failures, or human error, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and are displayed in the relevant betting market. ff9999 reserves the right to limit winnings to the stated maximum irrespective of the staked amount.
• Bets placed on Sporting Events in which the outcome is already known at the time of placement will be voided and the stake returned.

All casino games available on the ff9999 Platform — including live dealer games from Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live, as well as slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Play'n GO, and Habanero — are governed by the rules of the respective game as determined by the game provider. ff9999 does not determine the rules of individual games.

Game outcomes for Random Number Generator (RNG) games are determined by certified RNG software. ff9999 does not influence game outcomes. Results from live dealer games are determined by the physical dealing or spinning of game apparatus by the live dealer, as streamed in real time.
